A beautiful 10-bed mansion in Barbados which has hosted Prince Harry, Elton
John and Simon Cowell is going on the market for E32million.
The 1.3-acre property, which overlooks the Caribbean Sea and has its own
private beach and swimming pool, also comes with 19 full-time staff members
including a team of butlers, chefs and gardeners.
The new owner can host up to 20 guests at the luxury home, including three
bedroom suites in a separate guest cottage.
Its current owners say the paintings in the master bedroom give it the ‘ambience
of an art gallery’ and the property, designed using coral stone, also includes its
own fitness center, hot tub and cinema room.
The Duke of Sussex stayed at the property in 2010, when he was in the
Caribbean staying with Prince Seeiso of Lesotho to raise funds for victims of that
year’s Haiti earthquake.
It has also served as a judge’s house in The X Factor while other celebrities
including Elton John, Hugh Grant and Nicole Kidman have used it as a holiday
home.

Swimming pool: The property includes this outdoor swimming area, which
features a hot tub. In this picture there are numerous sun loungers laid out with a
view over the sea at sunset

Living room: Comfortable-looking sofas and chairs are laid out around a table in
this room, which also features chandeliers and looks out over the sea. The rooms
also have ceiling fans to keep guests cool in the hot Caribbean weather

Outdoors: Pleasant green plant life dominates this outdoor view of the property –
which also comes with its own private beach

The master suite: This bedroom features a king size bed and two chairs, and is
decorated with a series of paintings in what estate agents say give the room the
‘ambience of an art gallery’

The ‘half-moon’ swimming pool is seen by daylight. At the base of the cliff is a
beach with private access from the villa
Camelia Suite: Estate agents say this room is decorated in ‘royal blues and dark
woods’. It features a king-size bed, similar to a four-poster bed, as well as a
separate seating area with a sofa which in this image is in front of a television
