Priscilla Presley claims she was robbed of $1M, sues former associates for ‘abhorrent’ financial elder abuse

Priscilla Presley has alleged that her former business associates conned her out of more than $1 million as she accused them of financial elder abuse in a bombshell new lawsuit.

In court documents obtained by TMZ, the ex-wife of late crooner Elvis Presley has slapped four ex-business associates with a suit including 12 different complaints on Thursday.

Presley, who is represented by attorney to the stars Marty Singer, claimed that Brigitte Kruse, Kevin Fialko, Vahe Sislyan and Lynn Walker Wright all planned to “drain her of every last penny she had.”

Presley, 79, claims that the foursome “meticulously planned” a scheme against “an older woman by gaining her trust, isolating her from the most important people in her life, and duping her into believing that they would take care of her.”

The lawsuit, which is also filed against Priscilla Presley Partners, LLC, further alleged that Kruse, Fialko, Sislyan and Walker Wright planned to take control of her finances.

Presley claims they did so by “forcing her into a form of indentured servitude” after which they would “receive the lion’s share of any revenue that she was able to earn in the future.”

Presley specifically singled out Kruse — whom she met in 2021 — in the suit by calling her a “con artist and pathological liar,” and adding that Fialko “misappropriated, [embezzled] and converted” more than $1 million from her.

Presley — who is the grandmother of actress Riley Keough — claimed that the defendants “fraudulently” had Presley “sign contracts” to receive 80% of her income.

After meeting Kruse three years ago, Presley claims the four defendants allegedly “established a personal relationship with Presley that enabled them to gain her complete trust and isolate her from her long-time business and financial advisors.”

Kruse, who ran a business selling the “Hound Dog” singer’s memorabilia, is accused of gaining “power of attorney, control over her family and personal trusts, and control over her bank accounts.”

As for the figures, Presley claims her ex-business associates “torpedoed” a deal for her to get ownership interest in a beauty company, but instead ended up settling for a $300,000 up front payment which they allegedly deposited into their own bank accounts.

The suit also alleges that Kruse, Fialko, Sislyan and Walker Wright took $40,000 out of an account for her son Navarone Garibaldi without authorization.

Following the filing, Kruse’s legal team has told TMZ, “We cannot respond because counsel has not been served with a copy of the lawsuit. We have alerted Ms. Presley’s attorneys that we do not have a copy of this filing but they have not responded.”

The Post has reached out to Presley’s reps for comment.

Presley’s lawsuit comes months after Kruse and Fialko filed a joint lawsuit for breach of contract in February.

The duo claimed that she prevented “financial ruin and public embarrassment” from Presley — who was married to the legendary singer from 1967 to 1973.

Singer has since denied the claims on Presley’s behalf.
