Giuliana Rancic’s childhood home is on the market for the first time in 40 years,
listed for $1.675 million in Bethesda, Maryland. Her parents, Eduardo and Anna
DePandi, purchased the Colonial-style house in 1984 for $273,500, just a year
after it was built.
